My name is Vojtěch Krejčíř. I studied electrical engineering at the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Brno and information technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. I’ve spent my entire career moving between IT, electrical engineering, and automation – fields that not only provide my livelihood, but also genuinely inspire me.

I'm interested in technologies that make real-world sense – from smart homes and energy management to IT infrastructure and practical solutions.

Over time, I’ve built up hands-on experience through real-world projects – whether it was building automation with Loxone, energy management, or developing my own test network using Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and Docker.

Alongside that, I have many years of experience with cloud services, databases, process automation, and system integration.

I enjoy building efficient solutions that truly help people.

What matters to me?

  • Spojování technických znalosti s reálným nasazením
  • Looking for solutions that make sense not only technically, but also financially
  • Seeing things through to completion
  • Keeping things simple – the KISS principle still works.
  • Integrating systems into functional, unified solutions

Why this blog?

This site is my personal bulletin board – a place where I share experiences, ideas, and methods that have proven useful to me.
Without unnecessary complexity, with a focus on openness, functionality, and clarity.
